LOGIC was founded by UCLA alumnus Arthur Lechtholz-Zey in 2004. Although Arthur continues to give the organization general guidance and support as CEO, day-to-day operations are executed by current UCLA students.

Arthur graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Mathematics of Computation from UCLA in 2005, and earned his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2009. He previously worked for The Ayn Rand Institute as their campus clubs assistant and later, their IT Coordinator, as well as a web programmer for The Undercurrent. He is in his fourth year of the undergraduate program at the Objectivist Academic Center. Arthur was also on the UCLA Men's Rowing team as an undergraduate and was on the UCLA Triathlon team in law school. He is currently a marketing consultant for Duckett-Wilson Development Company and pursuing a career in business management.

Krista is a second-year student at UCLA, majoring in History and Political Science. She is a Regents and Alumni Scholar and is currently working for the Office of Residential Life as a Program Assistant. Krista was fortunate to attend the American Legion Auxiliary's Girls State and Girls Nation program and will be returning as a counselor this year. She plans on attending law school upon graduation and pursuing a career in law and politics.

Samantha is a second-year Geology major at UCLA. She also plans to minor in Russian, Latin, or German. In high school, she was active in the state cabinet of the Junior State of America. Samantha plans on attending graduate school and pursuing a career in the scientific field.
